Omar Ferreira is a Senior Vice President for Arrow Real Estate Advisors where he is responsible for the sourcing, placement, and execution of commercial real estate debt and equity requests . Prior to joining the firm, he most recently served as a Vice President at Meridian Capital Group along with prior stints at Cushman & Wakefield, and Massey Knakal Realty Services. During his time at Meridian Capital Group, he successfully placed in excess of $4B of commercial real estate financings across all asset types, with a specialization in construction and transitional financing. He earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Communication Studies from CUNY Baruch College. Mr. Ferreira lives in the financial district, is an avid endurance cyclist and committed fan of Juventus FC.
