Joseph Kean is an Analyst with Arrow Real Estate Advisors supporting the sourcing, structuring, and underwriting of commercial real estate financing transactions nationwide for asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kean was an Analyst at Hill Property Partners, where he assisted in multifamily acquisitions and alternative investments. Mr. Kean is originally from Santa Monica, California and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Real Estate Development. Outside of work, he enjoys printing and developing film photography and citing Moneyball quotes.
