In his role, he has a particular focus on the financing of transitional projects with a construction or value-add component. Mr. Bailkin works with a variety of capital sources ranging from local and regional banks, debt funds, private equity funds, conduit lenders, insurance & pension funds and government sponsored agency lenders to name a few. Prior to joining Meridian Capital Group, Mr. Bailkin was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in the Capital Markets group, where he focused on originating and executing various debt and equity transactions.
Alex Bailkin is a Senior Vice President at Arrow Real Estate Advisors. He most recently served as a Senior Vice President in Meridian Capital Group’s structured finance division where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate financing transactions on behalf of large owners, investors, and developers nationwide.
